Turn the brand’s thinking into a reference people can use.
A brand book should connect meaning with decisions, expression and behaviour. We develop brand books and guidelines for businesses in the UAE, with a scope defined around the people who will use them and the situations they need to handle.
Choose the document that serves the decision
A Brand Philosophy Book establishes meaning, values, essence, DNA, personality and decision principles. Visual Identity Guidelines explain how the logo, colour, typography, imagery and graphic system should be applied. A comprehensive Brand Book can connect these foundations with positioning, verbal identity, experience and governance.
Corporate Identity Guidelines define the practical application of an organisation’s identity across stationery, presentations, signage, digital templates and other corporate touchpoints. They are application standards, not a substitute for brand philosophy, positioning or a comprehensive brand book.
The names overlap across the industry. We agree the contents and intended use before defining a deliverable, rather than treating a title or a page count as the scope.
What the work can include
- Philosophy and strategic foundations, based on agreed inquiry.
- Positioning, audience priorities, brand architecture and message hierarchy.
- Verbal identity, tone of voice and examples for relevant situations.
- Logo, colour, typography, imagery and graphic language standards.
- Digital and physical application examples, templates and production guidance.
- Ownership, approval responsibilities, version control and team adoption.
Build around real applications
We identify the touchpoints that matter to your business, such as proposals, sales presentations, websites, packaging or partner communications. Examples should show how a principle works with ordinary content, not only in an ideal presentation. The number of applications, asset formats and production responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.
Starting from an existing identity
If your identity is established, we can review available assets and standards before recommending what needs documenting or developing. A guideline project does not automatically require a new logo. Where the underlying philosophy or positioning remains unresolved, we clarify that gap before presenting a visual manual as a complete solution.
Adoption is part of the brief
A document needs an owner and a practical route into daily work. Depending on scope, the engagement can include templates, an organised asset library, team orientation and review criteria. Ongoing support is agreed separately. Clear guidance should help your team make appropriate choices with greater independence.
What to bring to the first conversation
Tell us where inconsistency is appearing, who creates your communications and what existing strategy or identity material is available. We can then define whether you need a focused visual guide, a philosophy document or an integrated brand book.
